10 Teflon sweet martabak recipes, delicious, soft and antiribet

One of the foods most favored by Indonesians from various circles is the sweet martabak. Sweet martabak is usually sold on the side of the road using a cart.

In some areas there are those who call sweet martabak the light of the moon. This is because the shape of the martabak resembles a perfectly round full moon. Now there are sweet martabak with various flavors. Not only chocolate and nuts, there are also red velvet, matcha, Oreo, and even marshmallow flavors.

Usually, sweet martabak traders make this food with a round pan of various sizes from small to large. Even so, sweet martabak can be made using only Teflon, you know. Using Teflon will make it easier for you to make your own sweet martabak at home, because without using a special mold or pan.

1. Martabak Teflon Fold.


- 175 gr blue triangle flour

- 40 grams of sugar

- 300 ml of white liquid milk

- 1 egg

- 2 tbsp butter, melt

- 1/2 tsp double acting baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

How to make:

1. Mix flour, sugar, liquid milk, eggs, melted butter, mix well until there are no shaggy dough (thick dough).

2. Let the dough 45 minutes.

3. Heat Teflon, spread with oil (use a tissue) and low heat.

4. Add baking powder and baking soda to the mixture, mix well.

5. Pour 1 tablespoon of dough vegetable into the Teflon, slightly rotated to make a layer around the edges.

6. Leave until fibrous (holes appear) and leave until cooked.

7. Remove martabak, spread with a little butter (while hot).

8. Add topping on top, add sweetened condensed milk, and fold while warm.

9. Ready to serve.

2. Sweet Teflon Martabak.

Material A:

- 300 ml of water

- 100 ml of liquid milk

- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste

Material B:

- 275 grams of medium protein flour

- 12 grams of tapioca flour

- 12 grams of glutinous rice flour

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Material C:

- 2 eggs

- 40 grams of sugar

- 25 grams of butter (melted)


- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

- 3 tsp water

- 3 tsp sugar

- Butter to taste for spread

- Egg yolk for spread

How to make:

1. Combine all ingredients A, while at low speed mixer add ingredients B. Low speed mixer until well blended.

2. Enter the sugar, mixer until dissolved, add the eggs one by one mixer until blended.

3. Stir using the wisk for about 3 minutes. Then add the cold melted butter, mix it well.

4. Heat the teflon. Divide the dough into 3, before entering the Teflon give the dough each 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1 teaspoon water, stir until blended.

5. Give the egg yolk teflon, then flatten using a tissue. Pour batter into Teflon (use low heat). Wait until the bubbles come out 80% then cover some of the Teflon. When all the bubbles come out, cover the teflon, wait until it is cooked or the top is dry.

6. Remove, while warm, apply butter and topping according to taste.
